Mixed Signals

April 10, 2013 § 2 Comments

Sometimes red and

sometimes green, what mixed signals

You to me.

Coffee and walks,

Almost hand in hand rendezvous –

Talk for hours.

Back to beginnings,

Awkward conversation of small talks –

What are we?

I wrote a Lune (Jack Collom variation) for the 10th day of NaPo. Short and easy, and also fairly cheesy and clichéd! Sorry about that! I’ve been busy so don’t have much time to try something a little more difficult. I’m launching a literary magazine tomorrow so lots of work going into that event. Hopefully some of the upcoming poetry will be a little more complex than this!

  • Hello, Poet! I’m not sure if I know who you are, but I’ve noticed you are making great use of the In-Form Poet section of Poetic Bloomings. You do some fine work out here. Please do feel free to look around our site and join in the prompts. Your voice would be more than welcome!
